Peter Long is a passionate innovator and life-long learner who is always striving to become a better leader. He has been recognized for his dedication by the Young Presidents Organization (Best of the Best education year), as Direct Marketer of the Year by the Kansas City Direct Marketing Association, the YEO National Finalist Judge for Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, alongside numerous other honors. He has led MCH Strategic Data for the past 29 years.

At the University of Vermont, Peter pursued a degree in business administration along with a minor in computer science. He spent 10 years in management consulting with Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC). Peter has been a member of numerous nonprofit Boards, including Kansas City YPO Gold President, Kansas City Youth Ambassadors, Kansas City Youth Hockey Association, Kansas City Eye Foundation and the Freedom Writers Foundation. Outside work hours, Peter is a passionate skier, photographer and traveler, and works to help at-risk youth.

Amy Rambo is always looking to find the success amid challenges and has done just that in her 15 years with MCH. Prior to being president of the company, she was the director of IT and Data Services, and later the VP of Operations. Amy received her degree from Missouri State University after studying computer information systems. Outside work, Amy loves to ride her horses, watch her children compete in sports and spend time with her family and friends.

Always on the go, Angie Hemme enjoys tackling new challenges at MCH every day. Angie specializes in software development and has used those skills in her 11 years at MCH. Angie obtained a degree in computer information systems at the University of Central Missouri. Angie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters and watching her daughters dance and sports activities.

Lynn Schear is MCH’s go-to person for insight on MCH products and services. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the data offerings and uses her expertise to provide in-depth analysis, strategy, and fulfillment. Lynn has been with MCH for 16 years. She studied management and marketing at the University of Central Missouri, ultimately obtaining her BSBA. Lynn enjoys time with family, traveling and watching sports.

Brenda Viets is a family-oriented woman, and she brings that spirit to work. As MCH’s research guru, Brenda oversees all data collection. She has been with MCH for nearly 30 years, with roles in almost all departments. Brenda studied business and medical terminology while attending State Fair Community College and the University of Central Missouri. These days she spends as much time as possible with her husband and two daughters.

Kelly Holder is the chief information officer (CIO) at MCH Strategic Data. As CIO, Kelly oversees the company’s data services (DS) and information technology (IT) teams with responsibility for the MCH Strategic Data’s technology strategy, data compilation, internal deployment of MCH Strategic Data products, as well as other innovative technologies and programs that create a competitive advantage for the company.

Prior to joining MCH Strategic Data, Kelly was a data scientist with Children International, where he spent 4 years applying leading-edge analytics and technologies to further the organization’s goal of combating child poverty. Preceding Children International, Kelly served in a variety of IT leadership roles at the Kansas State Department of Education where he continues to serve in an advisory position.

During his 12 years of experience, Kelly has been an active leader in various trade, technology, and government organizations with numerous publications to his name. Kelly has both a bachelor’s and MBA with an emphasis in management information systems from Fort Hays State University as well as holding over a dozen professional certifications.  In his free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.

Tracey Cochran lets her Midwestern values of honesty and integrity shine through in her work at MCH. Having been with the company for eight years, Tracey focuses on consultative selling and client reach. Tracey enjoys spending her free time watching her sons compete on the soccer field and watching Kansas City Chiefs football.

Bringing nearly 20 years of marketing experience to MCH, Ellen works out of her office in Austin, TX. Ellen is the proud mom of two boys, and a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan.
